Shipping:
Italwax.nl delivers your order throughout the Netherlands and Europe. Shipping will take place within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment, but we strive to do this within 24 hours, if the item is in stock. Shipping costs depend on location and weight and are shown before checkout.
If the amount falls below € 75, incl. VAT, we use the PostNL rates.

Packaging costs and administration costs are not charged.

Returns:

returnsYou have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason. You will receive the full order amount including shipping costs credited within 14 days if you return the items in good condition. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur within 14 days after registration of the return. To make use of this right you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return.
Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Maxxwellness is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Therefore always ask the postal agency for a tracking code and keep it safe.
Return exceptions:
Opened cosmetics and hair products are not taken back.
